• Implementing our Infectious Disease Control Plan to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, based on guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and state and local health agencies at our various locations. Our plan involves sanitation protocols, social distancing, and shift change procedures.

• Revising sick leave policies to reflect the unique issues presented by potential exposure and unconfirmed illness.

• Engaging in contingency planning both for the health and safety of our employees and the potential disruption in services and products to our customers.
