Project Management 

Our Project Management Organization (PMO) establishes project standards and step-by-step processes to bring quality and consistency to each project. We start early, developing preliminary schedules, budgets, and execution plans as part of the RFP process. As a result, once a project is underway, our team is equipped with a more informed understanding of project structure and critical path. From kickoff to completion, daily and weekly reports keep stakeholders up to date on meaningful metrics such as completed and upcoming work, safety issues, customer supplied items, unavoidable delays, and materials/equipment received.

Reinforcing these processes are Project Managers with decades of experience in facility operations, innovative technologies, and industrial construction. As both manager and technical expert, project challenges are met with smart solutions that balance safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
