Shutdown & Outage Project Services

Our standardized processes for safety, schedules, quality, and cost guide shutdown and outage projects, prioritize planned and unplanned work, and organize the completion of maintenance tasks during the designated time frame.

Working as an extension of your team, we:

  • Develop safety, quality, and execution plans

  • Identify tasks that can be completed in advance

  • Designate site managers and craft supervisors to manage craft teams and to keep customers informed with regular communication, daily meetings, and progress reports

  • Install, repair, or replace mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation & controls equipment

  • Complete preventive maintenance repairs

  • Provide emergency response for equipment breakdowns
