SEFA Industrial Solutions is equipped to fabricate and install process and steam piping systems for diverse industrial applications. Our fabrication campus features dedicated pipe fabrication spaces where turnkey projects can be efficiently assembled and delivered for final installation by our field services team.

Bulk Material Handling Equipment Construction and Installation

SEFA Industrial Solutions installs bulk material handling systems and equipment for industrial customers and specialized equipment manufacturers. Our integrated services allow us to be involved in the entire construction process, from machinery to instrumentation and controls. In-house expertise in the operation of pneumatic dense phase and dilute phase systems supports solutions for improved operational performance.

Pressure Vessels and Tanks Fabrication, Installation, and Repair

SEFA Industrial Solutions fabricates and installs industrial pressure vessels and tanks to support production, processing, storage, and material handling needs. We are also qualified to repair or modify existing pressure vessels. Rigorous quality control methods verify and document each step to make sure industry codes and standards are followed.

Capabilities:

  • Fabricate custom, unfired pressure vessels for new plants and expansions (ASME R, S, and U Stamps)

  • Install equipment and other connected process equipment

  • Blast, paint, and insulate completed vessels

  • Fabricate and install ladders, platforms, handrails, structural supports, and other required accessories

 Vessel Parameters: 

  • Pressure Vessel Class: Section VIII, Division 1

  • Materials: Carbon and stainless steel

  • Wall thickness: Maximum of 1 inch

  • Outside Diameter: 120 inches (10 feet)

  • Length: 480 inches (40 feet)

  • Working Position: Horizontal or vertical

  • Head Assembly Method: Welded or bolted flange

  • Head Geometry: Flanged and dished (F&D), semi-elliptical, or hemispherical
