Our team partnered with a manufacturer of bulk material handling and pneumatic conveying equipment. We provided mechanical and electrical installation services for all the batching, blending, and transport systems for a new fiberglass production facility.

Installation included:

  • Railcar unloading equipment

  • Day storage silos, dust collectors, screw conveyors, bin bottoms, transporter vessels, fluidizing bin bottoms, gravity conveyors, and weigh hoppers

  • Transport piping

  • Compressed air piping

  • Instrumentation

  • Control panels

Complex lifts were carefully coordinated to mitigate equipment interference, enabling 27 silos to be installed ahead of schedule.
