Our team worked with the equipment supplier to satisfy all requirements and complete system installation and start-up.
The integrated scope included:
Unloading, rigging, and placing tanks, pumps and pump skids, and filtration skids
Fabricating sanitary stainless-steel piping
Installing interconnected piping, valves, and inline instrumentation
Fabricating pipe hangars and supports and electrical panel frames
Connecting all equipment to utilities, including city water, treated water, control air, plant air, drains, chemicals, and steam
Cleaning all connected piping in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard passivation protocol
Testing of piping and tubing lines
Installing cable tray, conduit, cable, and complete electrical connections from MCC room to power, control, communication, and ground wiring
