Project Scope:

Electrical

  • Installing 3 new switchgears and disconnects for every motor, 3 electrical panels and 2 transformers and all wiring and components

  • Installing 7,000’ of cable tray (all tray had to be installed vertically so no wood accumulation would happen)

  • Installing 170 lights and 60 receptacles, plus all wiring

  • Pulling 87,000’ of cable and performing 7,500 terminations

Instrumentation & Controls

  • Installing 242 instruments, cable and wiring 

  • Installing 10 PLC panels

  • Working on additions to 3 existing PLC panels

  • Installing Rupture vent control boxes

Fabrication

  • Cable tray supports

  • Disconnect stands
